eco_logic STUDIO,
architecture & engineering, PLLC

is a professional corporation in New York State, founded in 1998 (as Kevin Connors & Associates). In 2007 we changed the name to eco_logic STUDIO to reflect our focus on ecological design. In 2016 we combined with David W. DeBoy, Architect, keeping the eco_logic STUDIO name.

eco_logic STUDIO strives…

…to achieve the

BEST FIT

between our clients’ activities and the built environment

…to make

ECOLOGICAL ARCHITECTURE

through sustainable design, regenerative practice, and cultivating community

…to maximize

DESIGN VALUE

by obtaining the most inspiring, supportive setting for the least cost

Why?

eco_logic STUDIO embraces design activity in the most comprehensive and holistic sense. We believe design can make a difference. Our work aims to meet the spatial and budgetary expectations of our clients, and also fit our clients’ unique ways of living/working; contribute to the setting in which it is placed; minimize consumption of material, water and energy resources; and add to the body of architectural praxis. We strive for a balance of competing needs and connection to the spirit of place.

Architecture, engineering and planning afford us the opportunity to approach design conditions with openness, to discover the particular aspects of people, place and time that define each project. These attributes motivate and guide eco_logic STUDIO’s exploration of design. It’s why we do what we do.
